LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

Learning that lands
on
Monday morning.

A workshop can spark something real — or it can be an interesting time that disappears the following week. The difference is in the approach: pre-assessment, design adapted to your needs, post-assessment, and a sustainability plan. I build programs where the insight doesn't stop when the room empties.

SPARK IDEAS · BUILD NEW HABITS · MAKE IT USABLE ON MONDAY

True learning happens through integration — not just exposure. One good day isn't enough. I design for what comes after.

HOW I DESIGN LEARNING

Not a good day
that
disappears by Friday.

I've seen what happens when people leave a workshop energized and return to their desks to find nothing has changed. The insight evaporates. The habits don't form. The culture doesn't shift. That's a design failure — not a people failure.

I build programs with a before and an after. Pre-assessment to understand what's actually going on. Sessions designed specifically for your context — and experiential by design, because adults learn by doing, not by listening. Post-assessment to measure what actually shifted. And a sustainability plan so the learning keeps working long after the room empties.

Experiential learning is built into every program I run. We practice. We role-play the real scenarios — not the comfortable simulated ones. We debrief what actually happened. Because insight that doesn't get tested doesn't become a habit.

1,300+ leaders

Designed and facilitated two leadership development programs reaching over 1,300 leaders — on skills like difficult conversations, coaching, psychological safety, storytelling, and resilience. 95% likelihood to recommend.

WHAT EVERY PROGRAM INCLUDES

01

Pre-assessment

Before we're in the room together, I want to understand what's actually going on — your team's dynamics, the real challenges, what people aren't saying. That's what shapes the session.

02

Experiential live sessions

Hands-on and real — not a lecture. We work with what's actually happening in the room. People practice, get feedback, and try again. The best material always shows up live.

03

Integration & post-assessment

The follow-up is where learning becomes habit. We revisit, reinforce, and measure what actually shifted — not just what felt good in the room.

04

Sustainment plan

Every program includes on-the-job activities designed to embed the learning in real work — so new behaviours become real habits, not good intentions that disappear under pressure. Make it usable on Monday.

LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

One right-sized session.
Real shift on Monday.

Five programs, each built around a leadership challenge I've watched derail otherwise strong leaders — not because they lacked skill, but because nobody gave them the right tools, the right conversation, or the right space to work on it. These aren't keynotes. They're working sessions. You'll leave with something you can actually use.

BUSINESS STRATEGY

Where are we going — and does everyone actually know?

FOR SENIOR LEADERS · STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT & PRIORITIES

Most teams have a strategy. Far fewer have one that's actually guiding daily decisions. When strategic clarity lives only at the top, execution becomes guesswork — and even high performers start moving in slightly different directions without realising it. This workshop creates the shared clarity that makes execution feel like a team sport rather than a coordination problem. We work on strategic alignment, shared priorities, and what it looks like to make the strategy real — not just agreed on in a room, but visible in decisions the week after.

Suggested time: Minimum 1 full day

TEAM DYNAMICS

Understanding what's actually happening in the room.

FOR TEAMS · COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

Every team has patterns — in how people communicate, where friction lives, who talks and who doesn't, what gets said in the meeting versus what gets said after. Most of those patterns are invisible until you name them. This workshop uses DiSC assessment to make the invisible visible — so the team stops working around each other and starts working with each other. The result is a team that understands itself well enough to adapt — to the moment, to each other, and to what the work actually needs.

Suggested time: 1 full day

DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

The conversations everyone's been avoiding.

FOR LEADERS · CHALLENGING SITUATIONS & AGILITY

Most leaders know the conversation they need to have. They've been rehearsing it in their heads for weeks. The feedback that gets softened until it loses its point. The conflict that never gets named. The performance issue that's been circling for months. This workshop is direct and practical. We practice with real scenarios — not comfortable simulated ones. You'll leave with the skills and the confidence to have the conversations that actually need to happen. With warmth. Without apology.

Suggested time: 3 hours

PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY

Fostering trust where real ideas live.

FOR LEADERS · UNLOCKING TEAM POTENTIAL & INNOVATION

Psychological safety isn't a nice-to-have. It's the single biggest predictor of team performance — and I've watched it play out with my own clients. When people don't feel safe to speak up, take risks, or admit what they don't know, the team only ever performs at a fraction of what it's capable of. We look at the specific behaviours that build or erode safety in your team — and build a clear, practical path to a culture where the best ideas actually make it into the room.

Suggested time: 4 hours

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

Leading with EQ — without losing your edge.

FOR LEADERS · EFFECTIVENESS & SELF-AWARENESS

Emotional intelligence isn't about being softer. It's about being more precise — knowing what you're feeling before it runs the meeting, reading the room before it goes sideways, giving feedback that actually lands. We work on self-awareness, regulation, empathy, and social intelligence — grounded in EQi 2.0 assessment data, not abstract concepts. The goal is a clear before and after: measurable shifts in how you lead, not just how you feel about it.

CUSTOM PROGRAMS

Don't see exactly
what you need?

FOR ORGANIZATIONS WITH A SPECIFIC CHALLENGE THAT DOESN'T FIT A STANDARD FORMAT

Every program I've described can be adapted — different length, different focus, different audience. And if what you're dealing with doesn't fit a standard format, let's design something that does. Tell me what's going on. I'll tell you honestly what I think will help.

A DIFFERENT KIND OF PROGRAM

Group Coaching

Smaller. More personal. More sustained. These programs work because change is harder in isolation — and sharing the journey with peers who are in the same boat, with a facilitator who won't let anyone stay comfortable, tends to produce breakthroughs that individual work alone doesn't reach.

POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE

Mental Fitness
& Positive Intelligence

Based on Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence research, this program helps leaders identify and weaken their internal saboteurs — the mental patterns that undermine performance even in high-achieving people. We all have a voice in our head that tells us we're not enough, or that the only way forward is to push harder. The saboteur is brilliant at disguising itself as reason. This program names it — and builds the mental habits to quiet it.

LEADERSHIP RESILIENCE

The Resilient
Leader Program

Built for leaders absorbing more than they should — constant change, increasing demands, the pressure of performing while everyone around them is also struggling. Resilience isn't toughness. It's the capacity to recover, recalibrate, and keep moving without losing yourself in the process. We build the inner resources — clarity, emotional regulation, values alignment — that make sustained high performance possible. Not by pushing harder. By getting smarter about where the energy actually comes from.

LEADER AS COACH

Fearless
Coaching

For leaders who want to coach their teams — not just manage them. There's a difference between a leader who gives answers and one who asks the right questions. The second kind builds teams that think for themselves and actually grow. This program teaches the core coaching skills — presence, powerful questions, listening without the urge to fix — and gives leaders the practice time to make them real. No script. No formula. Just a better conversation.

Peer coaching practice included

"

From our very first session, it was clear I was in the hands of a true expert. She listens deeply, asks the questions that matter, and helped me uncover what was actually holding me back. I gained the clarity and confidence to lead my team more effectively — and the tools she gave me I use every single day.

SARAH MCKINNON · DIRECTOR, CHANGE ENABLEMENT · CENTRAL 1

Something landed.
Let's talk about it.

A discovery call costs nothing and clarifies everything. Thirty minutes — no pitch, no slide deck — to talk through what your team or organization actually needs and whether one of these programs is the right fit. Fair warning: if it isn't, I'll say so. You'll still leave with something useful. That's a promise.
