We find that. And then — because insight without movement is just an interesting conversation — we get you moving. With real experiments, real accountability, and someone who will tell you the truth — warmly, directly, without any of the usual corporate padding.
One thing you should know: you'll feel genuinely heard — in a way that's rarer than it should be at this level. Most people tell me it's the first time someone has truly listened, without rushing to fix or advise. That's where we start. And yes — we'll laugh too, because serious work doesn't have to feel heavy the whole way through. There will also be sessions where you think that was hard. That's not a bug. That's the work working.
