1:1 EXECUTIVE COACHING
For leaders
ready for more
than fine.
You're not in crisis. You're just not entirely yourself anymore — and somewhere underneath the delivering and the managing and the keeping-it-together, you know it. And so does your team, even if nobody's saying it out loud. This is where that conversation starts.

CLARITY · DECISIONS · MOMENTUM
Clarity that sticks. Decisions that move. Momentum that lasts.
WHAT I WORK WITH
Leaders at a
real crossroads.
Not a rough patch. An actual turning point.
I work with corporate executives and senior leaders redefining how they lead. Many are navigating critical transitions — stepping into a new role, driving a merger or acquisition, managing a reorganization, or preparing for succession.
These decisions carry real weight. They shape the future of your team and your organization — and they deserve more than instinct alone.
And sometimes the crossroads is quieter than that: everything is performing, nobody's complaining, and something has still gone flat. That version qualifies too.
MY APPROACH
Aligned with
who you actually are.
Not what you think you should want.
My coaching goes beyond strategies and frameworks to align your leadership with your values, your purpose, and what you're genuinely building toward. By working on self-awareness and authenticity first, we unlock the clarity, resilience, and confidence you need to lead well in a world that won't slow down for you.
I use assessments when the situation calls for it — to ground the work in data before going deeper.
WHERE THE WORK TENDS TO GO
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
Four parts.
One real process.
Not beliefs I hold in the abstract. The actual shape of the work — in the order it tends to happen.
01
CLARITY THAT STICKS
Find the real story — values as a GPS, not a list in a drawer
You'll arrive with a situation. Underneath it is almost always a values question — something that's been violated or gone quiet without you naming it. Most leaders have done a values exercise at some point: circled some words, narrowed to five, felt good about it. Six weeks later, the list is in a drawer. That's decoration. What we build instead is a compass — clarity that sticks because it's rooted in who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
03
MOMENTUM THAT LASTS
Bring the people along — what changes in the room has to survive the walk back to your desk
When a leader is running on autopilot, the team matches that energy. Change that only happens in the coaching room doesn't last. Your stakeholders, your team, the people whose read on you needs to shift — they're part of this too, even when they never sit in on a single session. Momentum that lasts lives in the system around you, not just inside you.
02
DECISIONS THAT MOVE
Build the moves — insight without action is just an interesting conversation
Once the real story is named, every session moves toward something concrete — a specific, behavioural experiment, tested in real conditions. Not homework for homework's sake. The work only counts if it changes what happens when you're back at your desk on Monday. Decisions that move aren't epiphanies. They're commitments with a next step attached. That's the measure.
04
ALL THREE - YOURS TO KEEP
Build what lasts — the compass is yours, not mine
The goal isn't that you need me forever. By the end, the compass is yours. Clarity that sticks when the pressure returns. Decisions that move even when everything is uncertain. Momentum that lasts because it's built on something real. Something you actually use on a Tuesday afternoon — without having to call me first.
WHAT IT ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
Not a brochure.
Here's the honest version.
01
You'll feel genuinely heard
In a way that's rarer than it should be at this level. And then, somewhere in the session, I'll name the thing you came in circling around without quite saying. Not to be difficult. Because pretending I don't see it would waste both our time.
03
We'll laugh too
Because humour is part of how real conversations happen, and I've never believed that serious work has to feel heavy the whole way through. Fair warning: there will also be sessions where you hang up and think — that was hard. That's not a bug. That's the work working.
02
You'll be challenged — warmly, honestly
There will be moments where you surface something and think: that was a lot. That's not a problem. That's the work working. I won't leave you there — every session ends with something concrete, something forward. But I won't let you stay comfortable either.
04
You'll leave energized
Not wrung out. Not depleted. Clearer than you came in. More certain of what you want and why. Rooted, lighter — like something you'd been carrying got put down somewhere along the way. My clients tell me this is the part that surprises them most.
HOW ENGAGEMENTS WORK
No standard template.
A real structure, still.
Engagements run a minimum of three months. Most clients start at six — long enough for the work to actually land — and a meaningful number renew for another six as the work deepens. The length follows the work, not the other way around.
3 mo.
Minimum engagement
For a specific, contained situation — a decision, a transition, a single pattern that needs interrupting.
6 mo.
Standard engagement
Where most clients start. Enough time to find the real story, build the moves, and see them hold under pressure.
6 + 6 mo.
Renewed engagement
Many clients choose to continue for another six months as the work goes deeper — new terrain, same compass.

Working with Nathalie was absolutely paradigm shifting. She powerfully and compassionately held me accountable for areas where I had self-limiting beliefs, and challenged me to stretch my thinking and be bolder. This has resulted in the most meaningful growth period in my career to date. She knows when to press in and when to call my bluff, when to offer tools and when to dig deeper. She is a rare and gifted coach and I can't imagine working with anyone else.

If this sounds
like you —
let's talk.
A discovery call costs nothing and clarifies everything. Thirty minutes — no pitch, no slide deck — to talk through where you are and whether working together makes sense. If it doesn't, you'll still leave with something useful. That's a promise.
